Warranty

Guitar woods are very sensitive to the environment. Low/high humidity and high/low temperatures are equally hard on guitars. These extremes can cause cracking and warping of the woods.

Be Careful of:

• Storing in cold or hot places, or damp or dry places.
• Be careful of clothing that can scratch the guitar (zippers, belt buckles, buttons, watches, or other hard surfaces.
• Even with a pick guard, be careful of aggressive playing.
• Always store your guitar in a safe manner.

• CopperTree Guitars come with a limited warranty covering any defects in materials or craftsmanship for three years whiled owned by the original buyer.  The warranty is not transferable to other owners.  The warranty does not cover any normal wear or damage due to improper care or use as discribed above.
• There is a 5-day approval period from the time the guitar arrives. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied, a full refund will be issued upon, minus shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for shipping the guitar back to CopperTree Guitars with appropriate insurance. The buyer is responsible for the guitar until it is received at CopperTree Guitars. 
• Specialty options, inlays, etc. ordered by the buyer may cause the guitar to be non-refundable.
